We aim to get your orders sent out within three working days in line with our posting dates that can be selected at checkout.

Items are sent on a next day delivery service but on some occasions can take two days to arrive. Parcels should be accepted by customers at the earliest possible time and refrigerated. The items we sell are perishable and should not be left at collection points. We ask you select an address where someone will be able to take the parcel in asap.

We take no responsibility for spoiled items where delivery attempts were made by the courier in the alloted time.
