This mid aged blue cheese is creamy and tangy with a good mild  blue flavour.

Made with quality ingredients without binders, flours or preservatives this cheese uses traditional ageing methods and vegan blue cultures.

Bluffala Burrata
Bluffala Classic

This creamy mozzarella style cheese is creamy and oozing, It works perfectly on traditional Italian salads or torn up over freshly cooked pizza or pasta. It comes in classic mozzarella style or Burrata style with an oozing centre of cream.

No Smoke Without Fire

Ingredients: cashew nuts, organic deodorised coconut oil, coconut milk, red pepper, onion, garlic, balsamic vinegar (sulphites), Aleppo chilliDemerara sugar, lemon juice, salt, smoked urfa chilli, cinnamon, cumin, coriander seed, vegan cultures.

Our autumn special No Smoke Without Fire is an aged cashew nut based cheese with warming notes of Aleppo and Urfa chillis, slow smoked over cherry wood.

Warming spices, not too hot, delicious with crusty bread or in a baked potato. It's proved so popular that it's now available all year round.

Betta Feta

Ingredients: Fermented organic soya beans, organic coconut oil, calcium sulphate, Prosecco wine (sulphites), onion powder, lemon juice, salt, wild oregano, dill and rose petals.

This is one of our most popular cheeses, made with slow fermented organic soya beans this Greek style cheese is flavoured with bubbly Prosecco, sharp lemon juice and mountain herbs. It's decorated with a flourish of pink rose petals that not only look pretty but complement the floral notes in the wine. Perfect on traditional Greek salads, in wraps and in filo pastry cigars (see our recipe page).

Blue Mountain

This is our longer aged blue cheese for those that like a  little more blue flavour than our creamier Baby Blue. Blue Mountain is cashew based, long aged made without fillers, binders, flours and carrageenan. Made with stronger blue culture for more tang and bite, firmer and more like a traditional stilton style

Ingredients: cashew nuts, organic deodorised coconut oil, salt, vegan mesophylic cultures, pencillin roquforti. 

You Say Tomayto

Ingredients: Activated cashew nuts, Organic coconut oil, coconut milk, shiro miso (soya), onion powder, mustard, garlic, roast tomatoes, sun dried tomatoes, vegan cultures, dehydrated tomato, black pepper, salt, natural flavourings.

This is one of our favourite and most inventive cheeses, a creamy cashew and coconut base compliment the sharp notes of roasted tomatoes and umami depth from sun dried tomatoes. This cheese is aged using vegan cultures to develop texture and flavour. Dusted with dehydrated tomato powder for an extra boost of flavour this cheese is great as part of a vegan cheeseboard, melted over pasta or just eaten straight from the packet.



Goat-ee is a recent addition to our collection, it has an organic soya base that is double fermented with flavour notes of sauvignon blanc that pairs so wonderfully with young goats cheese and is dusted with organic nettle powder to bring a grassy, goaty farmyard edge to this crumbly, creamy Goat-ee delight.
