As stated in our shipping policy and the terms you agreed to when the items were originally purchased we are unable to refund items not accepted within the allotted delivery period when the courier has attempted to deliver.
Due to the perishable nature of our products we are unable to accept returns.
Faulty and damaged parcel queries should be raised with our couriers DPD here. Photos of damaged boxes and items will be required to assess a refund.
Defected or incorrect items received and requests for exchanges of these can be requested through our customer service email@example.com
If a refund is offered it will be refunded to the original payment method and can take up to ten days to appear in your account, this is down to individual banks and not because we haven't processed the refund.
