Our autumn special is a slow aged cashew based cheese with harrisa, aleppo and urfa chilli to bring a warm, fruity spiciness. The cheese is then slow smoked over cherry wood chips. This cheese has a warming chilli flavour that builds but does not burn or last on the tongue. The smokiness brings a nostalgic autumnal feel reminicent of bonfires and autiumn leaves. Once a limited edition and now part of our year round offering.
Minimum 100g, our portions are generous.
Portion comes in a home compostable plastic free wrap and have 10-12 days shelf life from delivery date. Once opened consume within 5 days.
