Our Betta Feta is creamy and tangy with fresh lemon juice, bubbly prosecco wine and wild mountain herbs. The organic soya bean base is slow fermented to give a tangy flavour. This vegan feta alternative works well in greek salads but can also be baked with cherry tomatoes and olives for a hot a delicious starter.
Sprinkled with red and pink rose petals its also the prettiest feta in town.
